Pelvic health is a critical yet often overlooked factor in a runner’s performance, recovery, and long-term well-being. This course equips clinicians with the latest evidence and practical strategies for addressing pelvic health concerns across key stages of life, from postpartum to menopause. Participants will learn to apply validated screening tools for postpartum runners, understand gait adaptations associated with stress urinary incontinence, and recognize unique considerations for women running through menopause. With a focus on translating research into clinical practice, this course provides rehabilitation professionals with the knowledge to better support female runners, reduce injury risk, and optimize return-to-run outcomes.
